Estimates are not quotes
Prices shown in the Studio are estimates for illustration only. Your price is confirmed in a written quote after we have checked your design and sourced your stone. Nothing is ordered until you accept that quote.
Your order
A contract is made when you accept our quote and pay [PLACEHOLDER: deposit or full payment terms]. We then make your ring to the approved design. Because each ring is made to your specification, the right to cancel does not apply; see Delivery & returns for faults and resizing.
Stones and metals
Stones are as described in your quote and certificate. Natural materials vary; the Studio shows a close likeness, not a photograph of your stone. Metals are hallmarked where UK law requires it.
Designs
Designs you make in the Studio are yours to save and share. You agree not to submit designs that copy another maker’s registered design.
Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
