Who we are

What we collect
- Your designs. When you save or share a design we store the choices you made, so the link works. No name or email is needed to save a design.
- Things you send us. If you ask for a quote, send a hint or book an appointment, we keep the details you give us (such as your name, email and phone) to reply and to make your ring.
- Error reports. If the website hits a technical error in your browser, it sends us the page address and the type of browser, so we can fix it. It does not include anything you typed.
- Hosting records. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps short-term technical records (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect the site.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your information, use advertising trackers, or build profiles of you.
Who else sees it
Only the services we use to run the site and make your ring: Cloudflare (hosting), [PLACEHOLDER: Supabase (saved designs), email provider, Calendly (appointments), workshop partners], each bound by data-protection terms.
How long we keep it
Saved designs are kept until you ask us to delete them. Quote and order details are kept for [PLACEHOLDER: e.g. six years] for accounting and warranty. Error reports are not stored beyond the live log.
