Making and delivery
Your ring is made after you approve the final design and quote. Making, setting, polishing and hallmarking take three to four weeks. We will confirm the date when you order and keep you updated.

Made to order, so not returnable for a change of mind
Because each ring is made to your own design and specification, we cannot accept returns or give refunds if you simply change your mind. In the UK, the usual 14-day right to cancel online orders does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Please check your design, size and engraving carefully before you approve it. Nothing is made until you do.
If something is wrong
If your ring arrives faulty, damaged, or not as you approved it, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will put it right: repair it, remake it, or refund you if neither is possible. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Free resize within 60 days
If the size isn’t right, we will resize your ring free of charge within 60 days of delivery, including insured delivery both ways. Some designs cannot be resized (stones all the way round, tension settings, and modern metals such as tungsten and titanium); we will tell you before you order if yours is one of them.

How to arrange a return or resize
